Is it possible to do it for british names, german names, scandinavian names, and etc. if you have an international league. I'm also guessing its not possible to generate a certain ethnicity names...

I have no money to sign anybody, even though I should have about 7 million by the money left for FA formula. Coaches are kind of essential, so is there any third party utility that could fix this...

I would definitely include someone in the Hall who played less than 10 years - I'm not rigid about qualification numbers, they would have to be pretty dominating though - I don't think that guy does...

P.S. Scouts might be irrelevant but the coaches still have the same function and do it just like in offline leagues.
