I get the same thing sometimes(about the DL and 40 man), where when I place a player on the DL, he comes off the 40 man. Is that a bug, or what?

How does arbitration work in this game? I guess when a player is autmotically scheduled for arbitration, he gets a new contract and you don't need to do anything, but how does "possible arbirtation"...

My comment on this topic is that I have watched several players bloom very late, and rarely, if ever, seen a drafted player be ready for the bigs at 22-23. It just seems like the players are blooming...
