Disappointed that ER bug not fixed

Realizing that many people probably have pet bugs that didn't get fixed this patch, I'm still going to gripe about what for me is the most significant game play bug, one which has no workaround.

Or whatever causes OOTP to create relief pitchers.

I would like to see OOTP have an option to not create relief pitchers. There really should be no relief pitchers in any pre-1950 (or even 1960)...

Scoring error on stretching a 1B to 2B

If batter is thrown out trying to stretch a single to a double, the batter is still credited with a double.

These scoring issues are probably magnified because I only play pre-1950 baseball, and mostly pre-1930.

1) When an OF makes a bad throw home, there should be no error unless another runner on base...
