Could this be what ruined all the potential ratings for rookie pitchers? Or is that still a separate problem, related to a lack of career innings pitched?

any databases with 2003,2004 stats?

Just curious if there are any other databases out there or in the works (besides the lahman database of course) that have 2003 or 2004 stats? I know it might not matter, since the game doesn't ask...
