Magic Emails

My league is running a new file for OOTP 17. We are only 1 year in, but suddenly emails that teams delete reappear each sim. Is this a known issue? If so, is there a fix? Thanks!!

OK, so that helped because the league was available when I went to load a game. However, it told me that the world.dat file is missing. Any other ideas?

Basically the rating bars are all maxed out on everyplayer, regardless of league and actual rating......
