Player ratings - Stars
What's the difference between blue and tan stars? Why do some young players suddenly go from say 4 blue to two tan stars??

Blue is for prospects. Tan/Gold is for veteran players.
I think there's a thread in FAQ about star ratings.

Yea i had a problem with this before but it is pretyt simple.
The blue stars are in relation to their TALENT. They can be a 1 5 6 SP with a 9 8 9 talent rating and be a 5 blue star. Once they hit that age ( i think 26 or something like that ) they are considered non prospects and then the gold stars are put in, in relation to their current overall So my SP that was a 1 5 6 and 9 8 9 talent goes from a 5 blue star, to a say 1 gold star because of the 1 5 6 |

So this is where minors managers earn their keep. Players improve under them so they end up with higher veteran ratings?
