Anybody have a manual so that I can learn when a player is arbitration eligble, rules 5 stuff, etc????

goto league option and under Financial...it will tell you what each is

There are some good threads in these forums regarding the new financial options in OOTP6. Type key words like 'arbitration' and 'rule 5 draft' into the search box. Unfortunately, there is no manual for version 6, and the version 5 manual will not help you with these questions or anything related to the new talent/performance ratings.
