I think you do not understand what a simulation is. Or what statistics are. Do you really expect the game to do exactly the same things as in real life? Like the same results?

It means I can as a manager I can ask my coach to use his strategy settings instead of setting them myself. At least that's what's possible now, so I think that's what is meant by that
