Game Crashed after combine

Game crashed immediately after the combine on MacBook. I was able to select the players by my scout, but then when I moved forward to the next day it crashed.

I noticed in OOTP25 (and possibly other versions) how combined no-hitters are not mentioned in the news feed or under achievements.
