In the unsigned tab, sorting players by the signing deadline doesn't work. Not sure if it actually has any kind of logic right now for sorting the list, but it's not by the actual time you need to...

The popups started to look like that for me in FHM5 for whatever reason if I'm not mistaken. All the games ever since have had the popup look like that from the start.

I had this issue and I had to go create an exception for the game in my anti-virus program. It blocked the creation of player portraits for some reason and never announced it's doing it in any way.
