Free agent contract demands

Probably not a bug, but something that I think needs adjusting.

In FHM11 the free agents came down with their demands on both money and term the further the season progressed. Now I've had Bedard sitting out three years in a row and 2-star guys sticking to their demands of 5M a year while I'm 50 games into the season.

I could obviously edit the younger guys into their teams, but I still feel this needs to get fixed/adjusted?

In my game Makar is asking for 33.3 million a year and he's still unsigned. Yes, same with two-star guys 5 mil plus.

Yeah this has been an issue for a couple of years. :/
