On July 1st, I get a message that one of my scouts has retired. So i click on the scout (so I can see what country/region he is from) so I know where I need to hire a new scout from....

Yes. In my custom game, just saw Montreal trade their 1st round pick to St. Louis twice in the same day.

Thought this was an old bug that was fixed a year or two ago... now it's back in FHM11.
