RFA / Offer Sheet signings

In my custom game...

1) When a team signs an RFA to an offer sheet, the other team never gets any draft pick compensation.

2) When I sign an RFA to an offer sheet (I only did this once or twice, a while ago - so I may not remember exactly what happens here), but I know whatever happens is not correct either.

This has been an ongoing issue for may years now.

Please, can this be fixed already. I know I've seen this issue brought up by many other users in the past years.

I know there is supposed to be an update/patch pre-Christmas??? Will this ongoing / longtime issue finally be fixed???

Just to clarify: are you seeing this in standard games as well, or only custom games? If it's just custom games, what league setup is it happening with? (Might be easiest to just upload a save so we can see the whole thing.)
