3rd baserunner incorrect

Playing out games, I have noticed that when a 3rd baserunner scores, where he has slid in or gone in headfirst as per the PbP, the 3rd baserunners name is replaced by the batter's name.

I see that the toggle for pbp to one-pitch mode still does not work.
This is after installing 9.1.5...it also was broken in 9.1.2.

Perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

The AI (in 6.11) is still releasing and signing players in "Replay mode" even with the disable function on "NO" in the "Misc. Setup" screen.

Has Markus been able to revert to pre 6.02 with regard to having the AI NOT SIGN FA'S when "Financials" are off. Hope so, from a replay fan.
