does increasing the scouting budget increase accuracy? For example 12 million $ will give you a more true picture of players than 6 million ?

Challenge Mode Not Working when sign in.

So...now after I sign in / login and start a new game and choose the "challenge mode" option , it is not working.

However, if I do not sign in the and start a new game the "challenge mode" works...

I have had the same problem, says quickstarts must only be downloaded from add on central. I wonder if they did that to force people to purchase 16 ?

For those of you who have simmed a number of seasons, does the default Dev / Aging speed seem about right?

Or does it need to be tweaked?

Anyone else getting an invalid serial # error?

I have gotten 2 separate messages.

I am also unable to copy and paste into the line...I have also noticed OOTP 15 crashes when I go from my email...

Stats only star ratings

When playin stats only, w stars on, are the tars calculated by the stats? Or ratings that are hidden?

If ratings, I need to turn stars off.

League Total Settings / Modifiers

Does anyone have a set of league totals / modifiers that mimic the current climate of mlb?

The second season of my career usually produces a major jump in offense (up to 16% in hrs)

Is anyone using the 2010 All in One w/ 00TP 12?

if so how does it work?

Does it just update the pictures and leave the ootp12 ratings? or do the ratings revert back to last years version?

i believe "on" is the default. i can scout the world using every other game mode, just not using historical rosters

i have started several leagues using the historical database (lahman and arod) i want to start in 2005, so no more real players will be used, AND be able to scout the world for hidden talent...
