Problems dling cubby's roster

since there are so many resposes on the thread i thought it might be a good idea to start a thread to deal with getting the roster into the game.

i have dled the game and i have unzipped in the c:\Programfiles\SportsInteractive\OOtpBaseball2006 \data\saved_games. from there i am lost as to how to get the roster into the game.

Just go into the game and click load game and load the league.

Unzip the file to a location other than the OOTBB folder. I renamed it cubbyquickstart.quick I then put it in my Sports Interactive data quickstarts folder, then exited the game. I then opened the game and clicked quickstarts and it opened without a hitch. Hope this helps!!!

Unzip the file (it takes a fairly long time and I've got a newer CPU). I just unzipped mine to the desktop. There should be a folder then on the desktop entitled CRBeta06_v0.2 folder containing another folder entitled CubbyRolenBeta06.lg

Move that CubbyRolenBeta06.lg folder, with all its contents intact, into the C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2006\data\saved_games folder and you should be good to go.

sorry, I realize this isn't the place for this but I can't navigate these forums very well. I played through an entire season with the cubby rosters, really enjoyed the game for the first time, and then all of a sudden it said AAA columbus (which isn't one of my affiliate) had fewer than three pitchers (which wasn't true, it had a full roster.) I went into commissioner mode and tried to "fill league" and this still didn't work.

It's irritating that I spent that much time on the game, and now am just totally stuck. How do you fix this?
