Stats only star ratings

When playin stats only, w stars on, are the tars calculated by the stats? Or ratings that are hidden?

If ratings, I need to turn stars off.

Should be from stats, unless a player has few stats and/or it's early in the year.

also make sure 'overall rating based on AI eval not pure ratings' is checked.
