I wouldn't sign him for that much unless you can't find a good younger replacement for him. I don't like paying that much for older players, but that's just my preference.

Interesting. I kind of like 1 year after draft no trading rule. I understand why people wouldn't want it on, and it probably shouldn't be hard coded. I had just never seen it come up before.
