People have off and on commented that we should have a FAQ so I finally decided to start working on one. I've thought about how best to present it and I think it's best to just have one post act like an index with links to the answers in other threads. That way any responses to individual answers can be kept to that answer's thread and if I later think there's a better way to answer the question then I'll just change the opening post in that thread. And if there are comments or questions in general to the FAQ then they can be made here. As usual, I'm open to any ways to make this better. If you think your way or answer is better or mine would be better tweaked, then, please, let me know. I'll post more Q&As as they come to mind.
