Anyone heard of a mod that flags when commissioners edit their players?

I think they’re full of it.

There would be no reason NOT to share such a mod. It would have zero credibility with me until it was shared and I could run it myself.

Devil's Advocate - Should be super easy for the commisioner to prove the screenshots fake if he does not have access to a Commish account. It would be incredibly unlikely someone could replicate the engine ratings exactly even given 100% scouting as many of them are 1-250 or so.

If he is not showing the player editior in his screenshots... and is just using stuff from in game... then he is certainly just full of it.

I'd be very surprised if they weren't full of it. If I saw the images, I'm sure I'd see ways it could have been faked.

A screenshot of the editor doesn’t show that anything was changed. Did he have a before an after SS? I think your commissioner may want to pick a stronger password than Pa55w0rd! - just a thought.

He may have duplicated the league and made himself commissioner of the new league and then taken said screen shots.
Of course these would be wrong as the AI creates new player ratings with every new league file, at least that is what I understand.

I don’t think the DB has an editor changelog, which makes a mod like this hard to impossible to implement. Also I think it’s a meh idea at best: I’m all for transactional DBs but the main purpose is to be able to roll back changes one at a time if/when something in your RDB breaks, not so much to keep track of who did what to what object. OOTP isn’t really a program that needs that kind of redundancy: you want to back up your league, just back it up. It’s not going to cost you, like, millions of dollars if you have to replay a season from your last backup. And the cost here would be to in some cases greatly increase the size of a DB that frankly already has bloat issues.

Why did you say "someone who was relatively new to the league" did this when it was you? And why are you making up this mod story?

In case anyone sees this thread in the future or wonders what happened to it, the OP harassed the league for months and was most likely using aliases to do the same (multiple accounts shared the same IPs on our boards here). I wouldn't believe a word they've said in this or any other thread.
