I've used dressed to the nines too from time to time. Someone else posted that mlbcollectors site on another post. Shame I don't recall who it was. It was their find. percolaten it was that posted it. Just looked it up. It was in response to a chart I posted for player names on the jerseys. And you are wlecome. You do much for us here. Thanks.

Many of the jersey fonts won't load. Any help would be awesome. Great mod by the way!

Edit: Figured it out, the new font files have to be in the default font files folder ootp uses.

i love using the uniforms by silvam and pepper, but i have a question for next year's edition of historical uniforms.

is it possible that silvam and pepper can make and include historical stockings for their uniform set in time for OOTP26?

There are also some pants that could use some work. In some cases, the color shades don't jive with the jerseys for the era I'm playing.

I can certainly put effort towards this. One excuse for it not to be available already is the sheer amount of work. But I do have a working template I can dig up again.

Sure, let me see if I can find a couple. Since I don't play out the games I only see them when I do the annual uniform review, but I'll see if there are some in my current season.

Actually, I'm not sure where I got these deadball pants now that I'm looking at it. This is my 1905 Boston Americans. The jersey is from the silvam pack (I guess, based on the file path), but I don't have any pants listed in there. Do I have an outdated download? I'm actually pulling pants from directory I used for OOTP23. But, as you can see, the components together don't make a completely convincing uniform match. The socks are probably just colored by me to match the Hall of Fame image.

I'm having issues getting the Chicago Orphans logo to appear in the game. I can view it in the folder, but the Orphans import in with the White Sox logos in the game. Then, when I try to manually select the Orphans logo, an error window pops up with the message "Couldn't save the file! Probably the file is in use or write protected."

Any suggestions?

EDIT: Never mind...I just randomly tried again, and it worked.

Silvam, I've finished my historical socks set, I'll have a link to below to that posting below. I covered every MLB team 1901-2024, and wanted to say, if you'd like to include them as part of your uniform set, you're free to do so, if they're up to code.

Wow that’s cool. I have to ask. How did the 80’s-90’s come out. I found that the stirrups were too high and too much sock was showing for that era. Also was going to try to figure a way to somehow extend the pants with stripes but that didn’t seem like a straightforward task given the template limitations. Mind sharing some examples?

I've posted one example below, there are other examples if you click on the link to the thread. Yeah I didn't bother with the "strap-only" style of stirrups popular from the '70's to the '90's; it'd be nice if future versions of the game allow for different pant lengths. I limited the stirrups to only two different lengths; the straps of stirrups in early baseball, from the mid-1910's-ish thru to the '30's, tended to be much shorter than later stirrup straps.

Happy to announce version 2 of the Historical Uniform/Logo mod for OOTP26.

OOTP boards member Percolaten has graciously shared his 1901-present OOTP Socks mod with me and I have just finished adding it to my uniform mod. He did a great job getting all of these socks versions for each team.

Tip for having the game use all historical logos:


The game prioritizes logo files ending in *.oi. The historical logos provided by the game do match up with this mod, but the *.oi logos will display inaccurate historical logos in some cases. These are the steps to ensure you are using the correct logos in your historical sim

1> Backup your *.oi files in your logos directory to a subfolder (you can create a folder called "oi")
2> delete all *.oi" files in your logos directory
3> download and install the uniforms mod. (you should be able to re-download from steam workshop and re-install if you already have downloaded

Correct, Malwarebytes did not like that address. I have not had any problems with any of your other downloads, e.g. parks and the uniforms ones.
