I don't have access to Gold League.
All our teams are either below or moved to Diamond and Perfect already. Also, my boys removed themselves from the Perfect league Friends list since some teams were pushed out and their teams were pulled in instead.

In the Gold League, 4 out of 6 OL teams made the playoffs.
Annandale, Cooper and Harlem all won their divisions. Harlem and Annandale finished with identical 97-65 records that secure them home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. In the AC wild card, the Cincinnati Redlegs went on a 7 game winning streak to finish the season and clinch the first wild-card berth. We'll host the team that finished second to Annandale in the Western division. Unfortunately, Motown lost a Game 163 to finish 1/2 game behind in the Central. Shasta has been relegated to Silver.

Fit the Birds for a crown
The Redmond Birds have won the OL Crown in Iron 218. Both Redmond and Northborough were locked in a close battle heading to September but both stumbled a bit in September in OL play. In losing 3 of 4 to Stephensville Northborough ended up in 4th place with Stephensville taking third. By virtue of not having any OL games down the stretch San Pedro backed into a second place finish.
In 218 play Stephensville coasted, winning the AC East by 15 games while Northborough went 7-3 down the stretch to win the AC West by 5 games. In the NC, despite a 103 win season Redmond lost the division title by 2 games and have to face a 101 game winning Miami team in the wildcard game. Mudville finished 13 games back but their 92 wins would have made them a playoff team in the AC. San Pedro won 106 games and the NC west title but have only been playing .500 ball in September/October. Good luck to all in the playoffs. |

Victoria Coasts to Crown in S300
The Vikings never faced a serious challenge as they marauded through silver level as they had iron and bronze, grabbing an OL crown along the way. Only Daytona Beach and Texas, each 11-5 during the final sim, made a run, bur both were too far off the pace. Oops, forgot to put "final" on the team vs. team standings. Still need final regular season OL standings for perfect, bronze, and gold.

My 3rd team the Everett Silvertips (Edster007b) which has missed out on OL play is in the divisional series in Iron. I have added everyone in iron and bronze for next week.
My final game of the season Jose Reyes went 6-6, Gwynn went 6-7 and with 1,000 for making the playoffs it 5k point day. I did a double take when I logged in because I only had about 1,300 points given I spent so much putting the team together |

Birds Fly High In I218
I don't have a Birds logo, so the Birdsboro Plovers mascot, from the Patriot Hockey League in FHM 5, will have to stand in until I get it. Congrats.

Hey, you are pissed that they suck but now you made the playoff. Just try your best to win(or don't, if you don't want to accidentally go Gold). |

5 teams.... heavily loaded in the NC conference, with 4 teams (the two Seattles, Roncalli and Green Lake).... The Seattle Pilots pulled it out in the end and managed to win the NC West to avoid the wild card match; and setting up a Seattle vs Seattle LDS (so minimum one OL team will be going to Perfect next season). If Roncalli can take care of business in the wild card game, we'll have 2 guaranteed promotions as the NC LDS will be an all-OL affair.

Walter Johnson (naturally) and Reuschel have been fantastic...hopefully it will finally carry over to the playoffs.

Surprised the Cowboys won OL after I saw several losses to Endless Summer yesterday. Looked to be a pretty tight race for the crown, with everyone clustered around .500.
The Cowboys and Vikings both went on a bit of a rampage this season. We'll see how the playoffs go! Good luck to all. |

Port Ruppert to Debut New Shortstop in 2034
The Mundys continue to revamp, hoping to extend the second half turn-around that saw them escape relegation with a 49-35 record in the second half. Another coin for the kids.
