For me to. In my case it's what Markus said would not be in the game that I think this game really needs (and I know a lot of people feel otherwise, this is just my opinion >>>>

So, no real 2D/3D but something much better than OOTP 12 offers.

I'm already doing this the manual way (taking separate leagues and importing top teams into a new league file for EuroCup .

"Improved pitcher creation & development. OOTP 13 creates fewer pure relievers for the draft. More pitchers are generated with the potential to become starters. Not all pitchers will capitalize on their potential, though; failure to develop an off-speed pitch or build stamina may necessitate a move to the pen."

This could end years of frustration! I'd buy a release with this feature alone. Please take the extra step and give us a PCM to adjust the generation.

Sounds like the best version yet! League associations will be great. I can keep my 19th century AA and NL separate and still have a world series! Will this also allow for a AAA playoff and all star game or is it just for major leagues?

Come to think of it in 1901 this means no need to add a sub league for the AL. You can just associate them and keep rules like roster limits different if you want. Then again detangling 111 years of historical schedules by league might be some work.

Any news on stadiums and making them more important to the game. Meaning, if you play in an old stadium you get less revenue but if you build a new one it'll cost you a lot of money up front but you will gain much more revenue for a few years?

Just wondering.

Although still some work 12 was a major advancement with the import/export feature. You can go to the standard real MLB league and export each stadium. Then copy the exported files to your new league import/export feature and click edit ballpark then import the park you want. It loads all this stuff automatically. Not perfect but a huge leap forward. A lot less work then entering all that stuff manually. Hopefully 12 parks can be imported. I have a ton of historic parks in my import/export that will take quite a lot of time to redo.

I would really like to know this as well.

No idea if this will make OOTP 13. It is not a priority at the moment.

Thanks for the reply at least. It would be cool if it did make it though.

The League Association thing sounds very useful. The obvious use to me is being able to set up a college (or high school) league set-up based on a number (8, for the UK) of regional leagues with a national title tournament at the end.

What are the requirements to run the game? OOTP12 takes forever to load and I'm wondering if the old PC might finally fail me here.

As far as associations go, can we association more than 2 leagues with each other? Can I associate 4 leagues and have say the WS winners from each of those 4 leagues play in a Final Four tournament of sorts?
