On "Razor" Roy's profile, he has two logos. Behind his picture. What is the significance? Will we have a primary and secondary logo option for each team?

Left = minor league team
Right = major league organization

This is a wonderful feature list. I'm thrilled to see league associations, and I'm looking forward to trying out interactive storylines. I will pre-order immediately.

When you get the chance (or when it's ready to display), I'd love to see a screenshot of the new ballpark editor. Whenever I create a new league, it seems like I spend hours setting up parks, importing pictures, and trying to get ball flights right. Much appreciated if this simplifies the process.

Anyway, you've got me salivating. C'mon April!

Thanks for the explanation. Would be cool if there were secondary logos

You got me. Last year it was the Reserve Era stuff. This year, the playoffs and the interface got me. Pre-order OOTP again. What is that now, 7th year in a row?

And this real-time sim buisness I have to say is quite intriguing. Will make winter meetings and the trade deadline far more interesting that is for sure. Look forward to seeing how that whole thing will work.

And the new interface is very sleek, very nice.

Will we be able to take an existing league where we're already setup as far as home countries and make them associated?

I'm already doing this the manual way (taking separate leagues and importing top teams into a new league file for EuroCup .

Wow, I like the features. I think my favorite is the ability of teammates, fans, and owners to react to how you reply to a player that may be upset. The storylines could have a significant impact on the game.

This is probably the best feature list I've seen for a new version in a long time, it's like you picked all the ones that matter to me! Hopefully we'll be able to write our own storylines as well, it has been something I've wanted to do since they were first announced.

I love the new look as well. The transparent background on the player photos is a very nice improvement!

Another question about League Associations...before the release of OOTP 11, I posted a thread about ways to increase immersion in OOTP and mentioned a few details, such as a WBC or Olympic-style international tournament.

With league associations, will there be some kind of way for this to be plausible? For instance, if I associate my major American and Japanese leagues with a winter "International League" comprised of national teams, is there a way for certain players to temporarily leave their major league teams and join the international squad? May be too complex of a system, but I'm just wondering if this is at all possible with the new associations.

Another question concerns stat tracking and news features...is there a possibility we may see news stories about team accomplishments (winning streaks, clinching divisions, et cetera) and broken records (if, say, "Joe Smith" breaks Cy Young's all-time pitching win mark in 2077).

What I've seen and heard has been extremely intriguing already...can not wait to hear and see more OOTP13!

The history and almanac is fine but they don't keep track of individual game records, ie most errors committed in 1 game. Tons of info that's in the game but just deleted after each season.

I will still buy it of course but still a little disappointing.

May I make a few suggestions?

1. Be able to trade a player for cash.

2. Independent minors based on actual historical leagues and teams.

3. Realistic scouting and signing from historical time periods.

Now, if you want to give us a points system, those of us using this setup would likely be in heaven! <wink>

No, but this is planned for OOTP 14.

This looks all around fantastic to me, too! The best feature list I can recall since I started playing, with v.2006. I will definitely be preordering again!
