I moved it, actually. It was very directly about OOTP, so it didn't really belong in Off Topic.

I don't see why whether you buy other games or not has to do with a justification for buying this. I think it's been two years or so since I've made a game purchase other than OOTP. I still buy it. The reason is that to me it is the best game of any kind and something I enjoy. Each time a new version is released, there is always something that makes it worth getting. Sure, 2006 might have felt like a step back, but at least I got to familiarize myself with the new system and make suggestions to help shape the future of the game.

Yes. Those look promising.

Can these icons be moved/altered? Maybe not even in-game, but by a skinner?

I'm sorry, my apparently fatherless friend, but I already have two little boys, and I'm afraid we just don't have the room to take in another. I will, however, refer you here.

Madden will live whether you support it or not each year. Will OOTP Developments?

Will you play the new version or read posts about other people playing it?

I'd gladly buy 5 copies of the game if the referenced poster was just banned outright...

I will give the demo a shot when it comes out and also read what other people are saying about the game now and after release.

And I am sure I am not the only one that feels the same way with my comments above.

How I would love to see the reactions to just one of your very deep and advanced posts on the beta threads. I think it would blow some peoples minds absolutely away knowing that much effort has been put into attempting to break just this one aspect of the game so Markus can make it right.

Is the game perfect? Nope but the perfect sporting simulation game has not been developed by anybody anywhere. OOTP 2007 is the best baseball sim I have seen and I have been playing OOTP for a while. Besides we still have 7 weeks to bang on it and make it even better.

Don't get too excited, get the demo then get excited when you see what 2007 can do.

Well, please do share one. I'd love to see what's been discussed about aging and player development.

Sorry but the NDA prohibits that.
