Anyone know how to adjust this figure after starting a career? I began a new career in manager mode, but forgot to increase this from the $5 mil default. Now, I can't seem to change it ... any help...

Speeding up system

I just bought a Dell notebook computer (1.5 Celeron processor, 256 MB RAM, 30 GB hard drive) but it seems to run OOTP4 slower than my 700 mhz desktop w/ 192 MB RAM.
