Isnt this happening because you are using a scale and not stars since stars arent 100% exact.

change to stars and see if it works any better. could still be bug. but only thing that isnt default...

Depends on their fielding. fielding almost never improves so if doesnt have the ratings to play outfield which is possible with prospects from international amateur free agents then I would trade him...

New features? We wont hear about 24 until a month before release/beta then it takes 3 weeks of twitch or youtube content to discover what it is. And 90% of the time the new features are just whatever...
