Past editions have allowed me to add fictional payers to historical leagues, but I cannot figure out how do this with OOTP 26

I cannot get ootp5 started with 3d or sound enabled.
And I either get graphics too hard to read, or when i improve the resolution on the computer, I get clear graphics...but it is so zoomed in I...
