Minor League Affliliates in Career/Replay Mode

Is there any way to fix minor league affiliations?
For both 1975 and 76, the game assigns the Reno Silver Sox to Cleveland and not San Diego.
It leaves Cleveland with two Class A teams and San Diego with none.
I'm concerned that in this Historical League it will skew who plays where.

Other than exporting to an xml file and changing the parent team id# and importing it back in i'm not seeing another way to do it.

League settings/ export League structure/ make the file change/ import

You can change minor league affiliations manually in game, though that may be limited to Commissioner Mode.

Also thank you for mentioning this; working on fixing the minor league affiliations is currently a pet project of mine, made even more difficult by inconsistent sources for the earlier days. I'd found there were finally several years in a row where everything was correct around 1970, so I'll have to keep looking.

I am in commissioner mode. I can change MLB, but don't know how specifically to change minor league affiliations, can you walk me through it?

At the top change the league you are looking at then go to that same screen.
