How do I create a fictional player to add to a Historical League?

Past editions have allowed me to add fictional payers to historical leagues, but I cannot figure out how do this with OOTP 26

How do you want them to come in? The simplest way is Commish mode, Free Agent list, go to the far right, upper third of the screen, drop down option and create various tiers (or a single player). If you have another scenario in mind with how they came in via past editions, drop in some more details and I’m sure someone will help.
