Warm up rule is off yet AI still warming up pitchers

Any one else getting this? It makes me a bit worried that my guys are coming in cold event though I have told the game I don't want to use the warm up rule.

Where did entry fee tournaments go? I don't see them anymore

They use to pop up in my search but haven't for quite some time. I don't have them filtered out as far as I can tell? Same goes for Monthly tournaments.

The best new feature in the game. In past games, I'd get lazy and hit sim inning and my dude would give up 10 runs. Sincerely, such a small but beautiful change to the game. :laugh:

My team logo won't permanently change

Every time I update my Logo to something else it reverts to this generic one the next time I load up the game. Can someone help me with this?
