Coaches age (bear with me)

So I just realized, while navigating my franchises historical stats, that I was able to make Christy Matthewson (age 147) a bench coach. Let's stop that.

In the spirit of not being ageist, let's just let coaches die at the oldest age anyone has died at.

I think if you make him a bench coach he will retire almost immediately after the season

I would prefer myself to retire coaches, players and owners in the Commissioner mode, as a new option. I don't know about dying, but I know it happens to owners........maybe just retire or sell the team option rather than die.
