Since OOTP6 isnt coming out for at least 6+ months, I don't see the point in waiting. Just enjoy the game as it is and when the new version comes out you will enjoy it even more!

When you turn scouts OFF then you just see the real ratings. Until the scouting issue is addressed, scouts OFF seems to be the best route to go but of course do whatever you enjoy the most.
