The new training system is outstanding and I feel like player aging is more realistic also - players age a bit quicker but also work on things in the offseason to offset their declines.

I've seen the Ducks trade a 3rd for Trouba, the Bruins trade a 2nd for Mittelstadt and the Habs trade a 1st (!) for Veleno in the first year of my current save.

Awards for the prior year being correct should just be an automatic when the game is released every year. I can’t imagine it is terribly time consuming, I assume it can be imported easily enough.
