Backup question (actually NOT backing up)

I had a OOTP13 dynasty on an old work computer (and no, it's not why I don't work there anymore - ha)


Problem is, I never backed up the dynasty. Now I can't waltz in there and backup the game...

I forgot to uncheck the league evolution option with my league, and the mound has been lowered for the upcoming season - anyway I can manually change that back? Is there a "more/less hitting" option...
