Dominant minor league pitching glitch?

Has anyone noticed with the last update or two their minor leagues being utterly dominated by pitching? I'm seeing crazy levels of no-hitters, average starting pitchers half way through the season...

Small number of players generated for amateur draft

Looked through a bunch of draft threads, but didn't see my particular issue, which is that about 30 years into a league that started with v14, the last several amateur drafts have only had 7-10...
