I had that issue last version with windows 8, After i started OOTP in admin mode, it worked. Not saying thats it but worth a shot

you dont even have to do that much. save the league file before sim, if you dont like the results, close with control, alt ,delete and then reload.

ivbe been in a league where it was fairly obvious he was editing his players ratings. Outside of that someone could actually "cheat" But its time consuming and would be fairly obvious if it happened...

NABL OOTP 13 modern day league

just starting it up, all teams open. I will be working on site and forums tomorrow and should have them finished.

Daily sims. You wont have to export daily but i will be running them every night...
