need help creating a dev tracker with excel

brother in law wants to make a dev tracker in excel just for his team. he knows nothing about excel so was wondering if anyone could help. I have the excel file he created and will upload it

I would love to take a look at this and will do so ASAP (probably this weekend). I just created one myself so the comparison will be useful I hope...for me and him. I hadn't planned on creating anything to be shared but I will return the favor once I get the kinks worked out of mine. The biggest hurdle is simplifying the import of new data...such a PITA to work with formatting and such on delimited data rather than pulling from DB to DB via scripts. Of course, my online leagues use OOTPOU so I'm a bit spoiled from the get-go.
