I hope you don't mind a lurker jumping in to this thread, but according to XML Notepad, line 49 is your problem.
In regular words, the Friday Home uniform didn't have a </UNIFORM> ending.

I'm using a rather involved setup for a custom league file. It has four separate leagues w/ minors, promotion/relegation between them, and I'm experimenting with all of these four in an association....
