I usually "clean house" after every season. Guys that are too old for their level or haven't done anything get cut. I like to have around 30 so I can keep extra pitchers so I can limit the pitch...

Is there a way to turn off the draft budget rule, where teams are only allowed to spend a certain amount on draft picks. I would like to change it back to the old rules for draft and international...

I believe the rule still is that you would get the #6 pick if you couldn't sign the #5 pick...I'm not sure if you can find why you might have extra picks

If I delete a country from the database does that mean no one in the upcoming draft will be from there. Will it affect current players? Does the countries number that I keep need to change?

The Yankees are getting the better part of the deal. Its a good salary dump for you but not getting much back. I'm not a big fan of Jackson. Could you do it and keep Lind. You can trade him later...
