Question about draft

I was curious if there is a mod that makes the created players in the draft more realistic in terms of where they are from. It always bugs me that there are players in the draft from countries that don't play baseball. Or can anyone help me learn how to create that type of database.

One of the things I keep thinking about, is changing it to reflect nations as of 1800.
