Should BOSI v2 have league setting screen?

Should BOSI v2 have a screen that shows all the league settings? ERA settings, switches like sim minors, coaches, injury frequency, salary cap, rating types, etc.

The data has always been in BOSI. I've just never reported it. I figured some commishes might feel that information should remain "private" since it can't be accessed by league members now.

Well, how hard would it be to make it kinda like phpNuke where you can choose which modules to display?

So say you choose not to have that displayed, so the link to it in the menu dissapears.

Just a suggestion as I really have no clue how hard that would be to implement.

In v2.0, there won't be an option to choose what reports to display or not. However, that is something I can add in a future version. This version will already come with a Front End generator complete with picking the blocks to show and where they should be shown (similar to Nuke). However, this report will be in the main menu, not in a block.

Kinda defeats the purpose of the report

I can leave it off v2.0 initial release. I can try to work up a future release that would give commishes the ability to shut off this report.

kq76, league members can't see the info in game since it's in the league setup screen.

Now, I don't personally have a problem with members being able to see it. I think it's just a matter of members not being able to change anything in the game.

Remember, BOSI NEVER writes to OOTP. Everything BOSI does is read only.

I'm fully aware of that, but my question persists. Why would someone vote no to this poll? Shouldn't everyone have equal access to the information? I've looked at the screens again and I don't see anything I don't think others should not know and I don't see why other commishes would see differently.

I FAQ this info to the league anyway on my board so it would be nice to see in BOSI v2. I'd also LOVE to see the stadium ratings disaplyed in BOSI v2. I know the .csv data has always been there, but BOSI v1 does not do anything with it.

Stadium ratings will definately be in the team page structure of v2.

It would seem to me that all league members should have access to read this data.

But I suppose there are leagues where all ratings are off, so they may want the option to hide anything but the stats.

Ratings displayed will match the game. The new exporter doesnt even export the ratings if they have them shut off in the game, so there are absolutely no loop holes (that I know of anyway

) in this version.
