KSU up 21-7 at half

Kansas St. has taken a 21-7 halftime lead against Oklahoma tonight in the Big 12 Champiosnbhip Game. Also, USC already won, and LSU is up 17-3 at half. If all of this continues, the BCS Standing are going to bery very very interesting.

I love upsets! They're why college football is so much better than the NFL.

Oklahoma will probably end up still playing in the national title game I think. Here's how I see it....

I heard on ESPN or somewhere that if USC/Oklahoma gets blown out or wins by a small amount, and LSU beats Georgia....that is seemingly the only way they'll get in. BUT, since LSU already beat Georgia this season...it hurts their strength of schedule component. Since USC already won by 34....and Oklahoma is currently get torn apart by Kansas State...

What the hell do I know?

I personally would like a playoff but thats another discussion. I strongly think after watching this entire game that it should be USC/LSU. Any team that comes out in a conference championship game and gets absolutely plastered and plays as poorly as they did today does not deserve to play for a national title. LSU should be there period and people can argue between USC and OU but USC didnt get hammered like this by anybody just a stupid little upset early in the season. Any excuse that OU couldn't get up for this game is ridiculous, they are playing a top 15 team for the conference title. I'd prefer to see LSU and USC and let OU play Michigan.

Didn't Texas get beat in the Big 12 title game and not make it to the BCS?

There is no way in hell that Oklahoma will play for the title now, they just shot themselves in the foot playing that badly on national tv and getting completely hammered. Title game will be LSU and USC, and I believe that it wont be as good of a game as if it woulda been OU and USC but USC is gonna dominate if that game comes up.

Also, did you see the runnign back for KStae, he has instantly gotten my attention as a heisman candidate for the way he played tonight, Sproles will be a force in the NFL as well this guy is good.

IMO, USC vs. LSU.

They both won their conference and OH did not. Case closed.

No way does OU deserve to be in the title game after that debacle. If you lose a close game by the a bad bounce or call, I can see where one late loss wouldn't hurt you. Last night KSU put an old fashioned country ass whopping on OU. The national championship game should be LSU-USC.

ESPN is still saying OU is in the championship game but I thought they put in a rule because of Nebraska about having to be a conf champ .... if you don't win your own conference no way you whould be in the championship
