Importing teams from one league to another

I want to import teams from another league I have into a "master" league with other teams.

How do I do that?

You need to use Pierre's Team/Player Importer, which you can download here.

it doesn't seem to be working.

Do I need to install it to any specific directory?

It gives the teams in the first league i want to export, but the league i'm importing to, doesn't have any teams listed.
