I think OOTP should add umpire ratings. Angel Hernández is the worst. Pat Hoberg is the best.

OOTP is slightly ahead of its time. They use ROBO umpires. MLB is almost there.

I agree! I'd love, love, love umpires with different ratings.

It somewhat already exists. The animation already shows baserunners who are safe but are called out.

The pitch location box also shows balls that were called strikes and vice versa. I believe that is a game design decision, unlike your baserunners.
