Limit SP to Number Of Innings

I have a BP game starter who should never pitch past the fourth inning. We need a pitching strategy setting to do that: "Maximum Innings".

Also we need a way to designate the stopper as secondary closer but not have him then also pitch the ninth. The correct sequence is an 8th inning hold guy and a 9th inning shutdown guy. We need a way to tell the game that the 8th inning guy is the closer when the primary closer needs rest, without then making the game think I want a two-inning save from the secondary closer. We should use a secondary stopper in the 8th and the secondary closer in the 9th.

So in other words I have a primary closer with no other role.
I have a stopper with secondary role of closer.
I have a setup with secondary role of stopper.

Day 1, Stopper pitches 8th, closer pitches 9th.
Day 2, Closer tired, setup pitches 8th, stopper pitches 9th.

The AI should sort this out pre-game: Who's 8th, who's 9th, save them til that point in the game.

These are decisions a manager would make and we need to set that up pre-sim.

You can play the game and do this manually, trying to have an AI manager running a script ignoring context -- what if they guy is hurt -- won't really work
