New League! Need GM's

Hey. I am in need of GM's. My league is called the PBA. I am going to give you a site that is just used for the rosters. A regular site is being worked on as we speak. But the Cubs, Redsox and A's are only taken. One very important rule.. You must have mIRC. If you don't have it download it at mirc.com. Email me the top 5 teams you would like in order at CollectablePlus@aol.com. Thanks and the site is below.

Could you give us a little insight as to the rules? Salary cap? Waivers? 40 man rosters? Thanks.

Sure you got enough banners and popups on your website? I think there's room for some more. Also, do you have to have mirc or are you allowed to access irc other ways?
