OOTP 26:keep staff from leaving

like the title says i would like a feature to keep staff from leaving like when a team offers a contract to a minor league coach and i have him an a 3 to 5 year deal and tells me promote or extend i would like a edit contract feature that could entice them instead of extending them to stay we give a pay raise on there current contract to keep the staff around and hopfully keep the staff on the minor or major team longer

I like it! I just wonder how we might factor in league level. That is, say another team is offering your A manager to be their AA or AAA manager. Even if you're willing to counter with more money than that team is offering, I'm thinking at least some personnel should choose to take the promotion rather than the money. I'm sure the devs could figure it out, FA logic is probably more complex.
