Crashing at end of season

My OOTP25 historical game keeps crashing at the end of the season. I've learned to make sure to save after the world series, but still crashing a lot and getting annoying. When it goes to do all the updates, roster changes, player progressing updates at the end of the season, near the end of the process, the game crashed out to windows. Any insight?

Over 100GB free on harddrive. Also, watched it happen again, it's during the "calculating player ratings" step.

I should have pointed that out earlier, but my most recent crash was because my drive had run out of space.

Have tried a variety of things on this list. I can usually reboot and get past that point, only to crash at a different point 10-15 minutes later. I've learned that I need to save every 2-3 minutes, which is getting annoying. Just bought this game, after not playing in 4-5 years, and really like the game, but the crashing all the time is getting annoying.

Something I have seen Matt recommend is on the main screen, click on Settings>Expert and go to where it says "Number of helper threads" and select none? I think.

Still crashing... I get to the same player database point at the end of each year, and need to remember to save right before it, because it typically crashes out 2-5 times before I get it to go past.

We're released a hotfix for a patch which addresses some issues (https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=359319). It may correct the issues you were seeing.
