The number of relievers with high stuff decreases over time.

Of course, it's true that the 20-80 scale follows a normal distribution and that distribution of 2024 player is strange. But when the league is consisted of only generated players the number of pitchers with stuff over 70 is less than 5. I suspect this is because the players generated in the draft have low stuff potential. After the players in 2024 retire, the most players in the league with a stuff of 70 or higher are international players.

I want to know if this is exactly what the developers intended. If so, is there any plans to adjust rating of pitchers in 2024?
